I just brought some wharfedale one-three speakers

Do you mean "Modus 13"?

See picture 6...

Put the jumpers back in as shown. Hook your speaker leads to either top or bottom. The entire array of drivers will be active.

Make your receiver aware they are LARGE for the purposes of bass reproduction so some bass will get out to them. FYI, many AVR's will only allow Large Rear speaker selection if you also have Large Fronts. Refer to the manual(s).

Drivers swap

With some speaker cabinets, the manufacturer will put some form of adhesive to seal the speaker to the cabinet so there's no space between them. I've often found that all it takes is to use a thin bladed flat screwdriver and insert it gently between the speaker frame and the cabinet to break the seal and free the speaker. You may need to tap the screwdriver in a bit, then twist it, but if you find you must use a lot of force, this may not be the solution for you. Please rate my answer, thanks.

Problem with Diamond 8.4

No - sounds like the speaker/ cross over is faulty - I assume there are only one set of connections on the back - on some speakers you have 4 connections for dual wiring - and you usually bridge those out Play a piece of music with some drumming in it and you should see the midrange move a lot Just to make sure there is not a problme with the Amp - swap the speakers around - so you have a left speaker and a right speaker connected physically move the left speaker over to the rightside and connect to right side cables - and the right speaker to the left side and connect to left cables Now if the problem goes over to the other side - its the speaker thats fault if it stays on the sam side - its the amp

Speakers not working

Is the speaker getting power from the amp? Try another wire and or speaker to pinpoint the problem. If another speaker works then there is something wrong with your receiver.

Please tell me all the connections on movie star 60+

Each of the five satellite speakers connect directly to an AV Receiver that you buy a separate device. Here's the back of the sub. The sub either connects to the LFE Sub Out from the receiver to the white RCA/Phono Left Input. Or you can use speaker connection cables, AV Receiver front L & R to Speaker Level Inputs, and then Speaker Level Outputs to the front satellite speakers. ff44fa0a-6f12-4bd1-830c-7ca8d0eb8e45.jpeg

Technics repairs melbourne

Carl, On the face of it, this suggestion probably seems rubbish, however, drop Wilmslow Audio a line. Although they're in the UK (I'm assuming you're in Australia, unless it's the Melbourne in South Derbyshire!), they carry a massive stock of spares and parts for a wide range of manufacturers. See what they say. They'll give you a price as well if they have it. Might not be cheap, but at least they'll know if they're still made. The other option is to scour Ebay and/or Gumtree (if you have the latter in Oz). Craigslist is another, but I think new old stock would be the way to go if you can get them, else you're potentially at risk of being back where you started with an older set after a short while. Hope that helps.

How can i get a manual for the Wharfedale DS-5957

If google and manufacturer website are of no help then ask a search agency like manualfox.com - They find you every manual. The service is not for free, but often worthy (you only pay if they find what you are asking for).
