You are not likely to find a driver for a camera that old. Why not use a card reader instead? Just pull the memory card from your camera, insert it into the card reader and plug that into your computer. It is simply, fast, and doesn't drain your camera's batteries.

Microsoft defines Kernel32 errors as follows: "The Kernel32.dll file is a 32-bit dynamic link library file that is found in Windows 95, Windows 98, or Windows Millenium Edition (Me). The Kernel32.dll file handles memory management, input/output operations, and interrupts. When you start Windows, Kernel32.dll is loaded into a protected memory space so that other programs do not take over that memory space. On occasion, you may receive an invalid page fault (IPF) error message. This error message occurs when a program tries to access the Kernel32.dll protected memory space. Occasionally, the error message is caused by one particular program, and other times the error message is provoked by multiple files and programs."

Error code 402 indicates an issue with the SmartMedia card. Make sure that the memory card is properly inserted into the camera. If the card is not the one that was originally packaged with your camera, check to make sure that it meets the camera's requirements. The PDC 640 digital camera accommodates SmartMedia cards at 2 MB, 4 MB and 8 MB capacities. If the condition persists after checking the above, the SmartMedia card may be faulty or corrupted and in need of replacement.
