Hello. When a camera will not hold a charge you must replace the rechargeable battery. Take your camera into a local camera shop along with the charger and have them test both the battery and the charger. This is generally a free service. Joe

I found instructions posted on the internet that showed the reset button, I pushed that button and everything was back to normal.

You probably need to format your card. Look thru the menu on your camera...there should be a place on the help menu, which allows you to format your card.

SD cards have a slide switch along one edge. The position farthest from the contacts locks the card, protecting it from writes. The position nearest the contacts unlocks the card.

The best way to download pictures from your camera to your computer involves removing the memory card from the camera and plugging it into a card reader (either built-in to the computer or connected via USB or FireWire). This is likely to be faster than connecting the camera to the computer, and won't run down your camera's batteries.

Once the card is plugged in, it will appear to your computer as a removable drive. You can use the operating system's drag&drop facility to copy pictures from the card to the computer's hard drive, the same way you copy any other files. The computer is does not deplete the cameras current. However, the device deos not charge from the computer. Power insert the device into a power outlet with power charger.
