buy the cd...that's what you need...binoc's won't read unless you have the drivers installed on your computer

Have you tried plugging in any other usb device on the card? If other devices are working, you need to download the device driver for the binoculars at www.mscustomercare.com.

I assume you do not have the cd to load the software or drivers. If that is the case, go to www.mscustomercare.com for the software and drivers.

The problem is there is no memory card slot. You can not add any capacity to the internal memory.

Sorry, the internal memory can not be expanded and there is no slot to add an external memory card .

When you take the battery out or change batteries that deletes the photos. If you see that the batteries are running low, download your photos to pc before taking out batteries.

Take the batteries out of the camera and that deletes the photos. In your pc send them to the recycle bin like any other file you want to delete. Right click on the image file you want to delete and click on the delete command.
