For a start, Ronnie, there is no need to shout. You can either connect the camera to your computer using the lead supplied when you purchased the package, and use the software provided on the CD that came with it to download the images, or else you can place the memory card in a USB card reader and let the computer treat it as a separate disk drive. Up to you, really.
The CE OS that is part of your notebook is pretty incompatible with just about anything you plug into it. Check it out in the manual that came with unit and it clearly spells out all of its limitations.
I am unsure how you can describe a camera as 'working fine' when it does not take photographs ? It is probably the fall which has damaged it internally - take it to a service facility.
