Sanyo bluray disc dvd player. ( FWBP507FF) wont play blu rays but Will play dvds and cds

Most bluray players have 2 eyes....one for dvds and cds and one for blurays. If cleaning by hand dont work reader could have gone bad.

I have a Sanyo Crt tv model # CM21SF-1. There are secondary voltages but the 26VDc supply dos not pass thru the collector of Q683 to supply the Vertical and horizontal oscillator transformer.

What is the number for that transistor? Are you sure it is not a FET? Do you have the schematic?

Bypass cinavia message code 3 on Sanyo Blu ray

This will not fix your DVD player, but it will let you play your DVD. The easy, free way to bypass this problem is to play the movie on a laptop using VLC media player. Run an HDMI cable to your amplifier or your smart TV. VLC does not recognize Cinavia. This also works on any mkv movie copies.

I need the unlock code

1.) Turn on the player and open the drive tray
2.) Enter 8286* (* being the region you want to switch to, 0 for region-free)
3.) A message should appear on the screen saying "Change to region *" the * being the region entered in step 2
4.) Close the tray, enjoy
