How to setup sanyo dp50747 tv with no remote
If you do not have the remote control for your Sanyo DP50747 TV, you can try using the buttons on the TV itself to set it up. Here are the steps to follow:
- Locate the power button on the TV. This is usually a round button with the power symbol (a circle with a line through it) or a triangle with a line through it. Press the power button to turn on the TV.

I have a white screen on my sanyo tv
Try unplugging your TV for about 10 minutes and also hold the power button on the TV for about one minute and then plug your TV back in again and turn it on to see if the white screen is still showing up again. It could be the capacitors inside of the TV have gone bad or the powerboard is not working.Check the cables and the connections to your TV to make sure they are fully connected. Or the TV connections are bad and should be replaced.
I have a sanyo remote and I'm trying to us a Magnavox tv/DVD tv
If it is a Sanyo UNIVERSAL remote, here are the codes. It it came with a Sanyo television, it is single frequency and can't be changed.

Sanyo 55 in tv comes on goes back off no channel registered
Is it attached to the aerial/cable socket.?
If it is, then the main control board has probably failed.?
Changing it out is a fiddly but achievable job, but it's probably only worth it if you can pickup a used replacement part from eBay or similar.?
Otherwise a brand new replacement board may be up to $150.?

Please adjust your tv's contrast and brightness to try an overcome the issue. If there are accessories linked to your tv, please temporarily remove those accessories and restart your tv to see if the issue goes away.
If all else fails, a factory reset would be the next option.
