The tv will not power
You have a bad capacitor or two in the deflection are of the TV board. I have not repaired this particular model, I do know the problem. You will be searching for a small capacitor or two. The values may be a 160 volt or 200volt cap at 1Mf or2.2Mf or 4.7Mf. There may be two of these, (one of each) replace these with same values at 105 degree temperature capacitors. Be sure to inspect the board for bad solder grounds , this means to really, really inspect for crack solders almost every where. Resolder as necessary and do not use excess solder, to prevent shorts. But, yes that is your problem. Thanks for asking and show all hands of support.
Imagen negativa
Hello
Negative image is due to the absence of Luminance signal in picture. You are now seeing only the chrominace part of it. It will be surely due to the Chroma Luminance Juncle Ic fault. You just open your TV, find the chroma luminance jungle Ic, resolder it out from the board, go for a same type and number. Replacing it wil resolve your problem. You must have good concept of soldering and desoldering, as this is a quiet complex job, which may need as far as 68 soldering points, very close to each other, and have the chance to get shorted between. Ok
I am trying to help my neighbor. She has a Sanyo
Hello
Set the brightness, contrast and colour control of that TV to minimum. Watch it in a dark room whether ther are thin white lines across the screen, at about an inch apart, from bottom to top of the screen. If there are lines, that TV needs screen control adjustments. That is, now the screen voltage given to the picture tube went high to some reasons. If you have confidence that you can adjust it, I will guide you.
Open the back cover of that TV. Locate the LOT [Line output Transformer], usually one red thick wire is connected to the top of the picture tube with the help of a rubber ****** and clip. In most TVs it can be located and can be seen as the back cover opened. There are two variable control, fitted, integrated to LOT. Normally the upper one is marked as focus, and the lower one is marked as screen. You shoud adjust this control to avoid these lines.
It is a live service, that is the TV must be switched on during this time, and take causion in every respect not hurt by yoursef and the TV. Keep the children away from you, and an other adult person beside you is better. A liitle turn counterclockwise will remove this problem.

There should be a button on the TV "INPUT" press to change sources. It should be on the front lower center of TV, slide panel to expose if required. Put new batteries in remote.
