I have an older Sanyo VCR that I want to play on a new HD TV, but the remote won't even work and says it needs a code to be reset after new batteries are installed. Can anybody supply the code fo

Try to Google the model number of the remote for a "manual" which if old may not exist but if found will have codes to try.

A video tape got stuck inside of the VCR then.

Well there is a tiny button on the back of the VCR you can bearly see it but its there.
So you will have to take a small flatend screw driver like for eye glasses and see if it can press that button to see if the tape will now eject out. If not it will have to be repaired then.

How i can convert my video came in my vcr to my pc

Your english is not good so I assuming you want to connect your VCR to copy the pictures to your PC?

The best way I have found is to get a Video Mate C100 Video/Audio Capture Card. This slots into a card slot on your pc and that's all you need do. You will need a scart lead for the VCR with phono plugs on. Image below.
The C100 comes with Software to convert and capture video and make DVD's.
You can get it at Ebuyer.

Hi. My VWM-800 worked fine in every respect

You can attempt to do a full power off. Unplug the power cord. While unplugged press and hold the power button twice for 30 seconds each time to dissipate any residual power. Now plug it in and turn it on.
If this doesn't resolve the issue, I'm afraid that you are due for a new unit.

Sincerely,
Mark
