Hi, First, please check that your one of your tv remote buttons isn't stuck because this could cause your tv to continuously go into a certain mode. You might then attempt to factory reset your tv to stop the service-mode issue. Please reference your device's manual to help with this. Thank you.

Hi Shannon, if your TV is an LED then more likely the LED strips that are located behind the screen will fail and will need to be replaced. Make sure the channels with the missing audio are that way on another TV and it's not an issue with the broadcast. If they work on other sets and I think they will replace the main board

The continuous flashing standby lamp on Hisense (Sharp) sets indicates backlight inverter shut down. If you replace your LED backlights it should fix the set. The issue is on a set of that size handling the panel without damaging it isn't easy. It could be repaired by a service enter but be prepared to shell out over $300 for parts and labor.

using the wrong update can brick a tv. make sure the update matches this. maker and model # version # country even ask them for the match is best. never guess ever. not told here you got the update,. many web sites bogus are just a way to wreck the TV (evil) just like on PCs.

The error code you're getting for your Sharp TV points to inverter issues, generally this is caused by failed LED backlights, some lamps have shorted and the overload circuit is shutting the inverter down from over current, it's possible it's a power board issue as well but only about a 10% chance, I'd pull the panel and test the backlight strips, if bad replace
