As stated by others here, the problem can be in either the inverter section or the power supply. I have seen this symptom caused by defective driver transistors in the inverter circuitry as well as by poor solder joints in the power supply. The fact that the picture shows up for a while indicates that the voltage required for proper funciton exists. It is just getting interrupted. This can be self inflicted should there be a shorted driver transister because the increased current draw will cause the protection circuit to shutdown the circuit. Please have this checked by a qualified service tech. There are high voltages present that can be dangerous.

FYI - There are no blink codes for Westinghouse sets.

Hi Mr. Hosssin, This looks like an issue between the TCON board and the lcd panel. Check the connecting ribbons if you can or consult some one qualified for the job.

Replace the battereis with new ones, and check. if the remote do not get range, its infrared emitting LED [at its frnt] should be replaced.

i also find it difficult to write and sent messages

try to check ,speaker, open coil, or open wire contact, if found ok try replace audio ic, if found ok , try AF IF driver amplifier stage.
