It might be because you erased the SW in your MP3 (by disconnecting it while loading a file). Look at your user manual to see if this precaution is mentioned.

Why use software.. when you plug it in it comes up in My Computer as a drive......click the drive and you notice youll see all your music just like pluging in a flash drive so ur able to add or delete your music....never use the softeware...allways down the road the software becomes corrupted and ur device ends up not working.....to look at ur internal music pull out ur SD card then plug it in again it will come up like a flash drive and to look at ur external music plug in ur device with the sd card in it...good luck

Theres to main bottons press and hold the right one for a second then the unit should fire up and to shut it off press and hold the lower left botton and then it will shut off.

never had that problem make sure you did not delete some files that came with your player if you did your player will not play your music use windows midea player at 64k not 32k playes better

goto the rca website and find the latest firmware for your player and download it and reload the firmware that should get everything back to factory defaults

now you open up windows media player and make a sync list and sync some music to it and then make sure nothing is using it or open on it check and see if any programs are trying to run off of it if all else fails shut the pc down and remove it from there

there is not i have the some one there is some files you can not delete them at all if you do the player will not play then you have a big problem that might not be fixed i have deleted it before but i am glad that i save every thang use windows midea player 64k not 32k works better mp3 and wma only to restore i have what you need email me a

the card is to larg for the mp3 player use up to 1gb only and do not delete the files that came with the mp3 player or your player will not work use 64k not 32 works better use windows midea player to put music on it mp3 and wma only
