you might want to check the lamp housing there should be a screen on it that allows the fan to cool the lamp very carefully clean the screen

your convergence powert supply is not working-
replace the supply or repair it

If you take off the back cover, cp 150 is located on the left circuit board. There are 3 or 4 C-shaped metal heat sinks in the board, and capacitor cp-150 is located inside the furthest one. Once you find cp 150 check the top of it to see if it is still flat, as opposed to puffed up. If it is puffed up I am almost certain this is you problem.

My tv would flash green 3 times and turn off for 45 seconds. It was taking up to 20 minutes to finally turn it on, so I bought a pack of 5 capacitors off of ebay to replace capacitor cp 150, which is just a (2200uF,16V) capacitor. I replaced it 10 minutes ago, and the tv turned right on. Fix Ya!

Some more information is needed on what you are trying to do. Usually you can buy a HDMI to DVI cable to do the job. This may also be referred to as a PC to monitor cable. This image may help in identifying what type of connector you have...

From what I read if the power light flashes and the tv doesn't come on it has a bad bulb.

Try removing your projector bulb and cleaning the screen between the fan and the lamp it may be overheating due to lack of cooling air causing lamp to not illuminate hope this works for you , it has for me on two occasions p.s be careful not to touch the bulb with your fingers

My be fuse on power supply board but also the 5 volt run my be down.When you plug in the set this voltage is there to run the processor . Check the voltage at the remote control senor there should be 5 or so on that small board.

fan has a lot of dust on it.get a can of air take lamp housing and hold fan fins and blow off dist also there is a nothe fan on dlp chip.in front. take of lower back cover easry to do.good luck

on remote look for format button.press till it gets back to normal.thanks

needs a new lamp.easy to relace youself.get the model number.go to ebay look up model number and lamp.get it with housing.cost about 50 dollors.thanks

you will need a new Small signal board. You can get one from www.tvrepairworld.com

Most common cause for this error on this model is bad Capacitors on one of the Boards, you will be looking for Capacitors that have a Swollen Top are bad and need to be replaced.

W ill need a little more information. Turn the sound down and listen at the back of the TV, Do you hear a ticking noise? When you turn the TV off do you see a flash on the screen?

On Deflection board CK capacitors cp150 2200uf 16v if it is puffed up on top it is bad their is 2 more caps in same circuit replace them also cp114 cp120 220uf 35v also resolder all pins on FBT flyback Transfomer

the pixels have been damaged probably easier to buy a new one
