My RCA Truflat 20F420T flashes green then turns off!
Question edited for clarity and typos Power cycle the television by removing the mains plug and waiting 5 minutes before powering back up. It you use cable or satellite, do the same with those. Seven years with no power ... replace all of the electrolytic capacitors as they will now be faulty or leaking electrolite.

Does it sound like I need a new power supply board based on the details below?
It could be the case of cascade power failure here for your TV where several parts stop working for the power supply inside of your TV. It would be more cheaper and easier to buy a new TV than to try and fix the TV that is not working.

Will a rca universal remote model rcr414bhe work on a rca television model led32b30rqd
The Universal remote will probably not work with all of the features/buttons of the TV's original remote. The RCR414bhe manual indicates a copyright date of 2018. The LED32B30RQD is 3 years newer. Usually a universal remote needs to be programmed 6 months after the TV was manufactured to include the full set of compatible codes. (It may work for On/Off or volume changes. The Menu, source, guide and DVD functions are the ones that are less likely to work.) I hope this helps. Cindy Wells
