Try to Update your driver may it will work for you here are
the easiest step for updating the drivers:
Connect your device to the PC using data Cable (USB cable)
Now On Desktop of you PC
Right click on My computer icon and select Properties
Click on Device Manager
(Or follow Start button --> Control Panel --> Device Manager)
Now search for your hardware whom you want to update.
Right click on it and click on Update Driver Software...
It will ask for CD or DVD then insert the driver CD/DVD if you don't have then it will ask for searching the drivers over internet click Yes for it and it will automatically download the drivers for you.
Or you can use Third party software which can search,
Download and Update them for you without making much effort..

2.look at the cards in the slots to see if you can find anything thatlooks like it might be the brand, a model number - if you see that,tell us what you found. You may have to remove the cards to examinethem properly
3. look at the labelling on the largest chips on the mboard.
If you see VIA - go here - choose Chipset or Platform Drivers:
If you see Intel,
go here and download the utility to identify your chipset:
Once you have identified the chipset, go back to that same web page, and click on the link to drivers for your chipset.
Usuallyyou need to get at least the latest INF Update utility, and the latestApplication Accelerator. If your Intel chipset has integrated (onboard)video, video drivers will be listed - in that case also get the latestvideo drivers.
