Zenith tv is blurry
There are two adjustments on your flyback. If there is not an access in the back of the set to turn the adjustments then you need to take the back off of the tv. One adjustment is for brightness and the other is your focus. Just slowy turn the adjustment right or left until the picture gets clearer and your done.

My rca modelF3505ST have no audio
check to see if speakers are on or off--if model number here is correct and it only has one speaker--put your ear right to the speaker and if no hum or anything the single speaker set may have a bad speaker.
My rca tv is stuck on channel 3
Your TV at one time may have had a converter or satellite box. In that case, channel 3 is all you would need. On the other hand, if you want to connect to standard cable TV (no box), do so. Then you will need to get in the menu and press auto search. This will give you the old standard channel line up. Thanks for asking!

Zig zag picture and sound
RCA very high failure part is bad connections in the tuner/if module, needs to repair solder connections. Also connections on flyback transformer and high voltage rectifiers in the horizontal output circuit,
Hello, I'm a CET and I used to fix these
I have fixed a ton of these. You will be surprised the solution would be impossible if not known. Solder coil L1440 to pin six on transformer T1430. Solder L14401 to R14402 which is a 100 ohm 1/2 watt resistor. If you can seek the tail ends of coil L14401 on( both ends), solder the tails to the next nearest ground. The lenghth of the ends (tails) are about an eighth inch long. Just long enough to solder to the next coexisting ground Do one side and the other. Hope this makes sense. Your picture will return. You could remove coil L14401, clean the grounds of the board and replace. I found the first idea a lot easier. Thanks for asking and show all hands of support!.
RCA F27442 - Cable showing
Real common problem with RCA, bad connections in tuner/ if module, Solder tuner and if module and leave shield off tuner and solder main grounds around tuner.
My picture is all scrunched
There's trouble in the set's vertical output circuit. Often this is because of bad solder connection, but there could be parts that need to be replaced as well. It isn't the picture tube going bad, though, so the set could be fixed. (Actually, even a bad picture tube can be replaced, but when the tube goes it's cheaper to buy a new TV!) Often just resoldering the connections in the affected area brings the picture back to full height. It's not unusual for capacitors in that area to wear out with age, but they're inexpensive parts.
The trouble with TV repairs is the labor cost. If you don't know anyone who has the skills to check over a circuit board and do electronic soldering, and to check and replace parts, you'll need to have a professional do it. The total cost of repairing a small TV might make it worth spending a little more on a new flat-screen LCD. They've really come down in price.
Most shops charge a fee (applied to the repair if you go ahead) to check the set and give a repair estimate. If you don't mind the gamble, get the set checked. Otherwise, start looking for a good sale on something new.
