Hello, for what you comment, or the power supply that feeds the backlight of the screen, is not working, or the interconnection tape is cut, which gives the image to the screen, test in a dark place, if you get to see the image, if you see it, the problem is in the backlighting

Hola, por lo que comentas, o la fuente de alimentaci?n que alimenta la retroiluminacion de la pantalla, no esta trabajando, o se corto la cinta de interconexion, que da la imagen a la pantalla, prueba en un lugar obscuro, si llegas a ver la imagen, si la ves, el problema esta en la retroiluminacion
Comenta la Marca y modelo, para poder encontrar una posible sugerencia para la soluci?n de tu inquietud
