using a search engine: "RCA CDRW 140 manual" finds it.

Is there any where i can take this type cd burner
Hi
Yes but you will probably find a complete 2nd hand unit on ebay.
One sold last week for $30, there is one on there at present for $41 with 3 days left.
Probably work out cheaper than having yours repaired.
Alternatively see if you can find a broken one and take out the cd burner mech and put in yours.

Record in real time, drop markers then burn to cd.
I copy cassettes on my CD-R sometimes and I never know exactly where the cue points will be so I just make the digital source onm a CD-RW with rough manual tracks marks on the first pass with no stops.
Then I digitally copy that CD to another after I find out where the cues should best be placed, marking them manually as they come up. Then I recycle the source CD-RW.
What blank cd should I use
You could use any CD/RW blanks now if theren ot workign then there might be a issue with the recorder and not the disc then you might want to try getting a cleaning kit and run that in the recorder to see if there is anything dirty on the optic laser. Other then that any CD-r rw should work you might want to check the speeds now I would try 4X or 8X you might have a speed issue but i have not seen or heard from you on that yet. please do rate with the thumbs above on this solution. firstly call customer service to see if here are updates on this unit, else, there are two possibilities, the mechanism-which you can easily identify if the cd is spinning at all. the second is that a new optic assembly is required.the first you can do,easily; the second you can research before putting money into it.
I would like to hook up my 50 disc CD player to this unit
That should be easy. Not knowing what model 50-disc unit you have I'll assume it has at least one analog Audio Out RCA pair and maybe one or more of the possible digital outputs that correspond to the digital inputs on your CDR.
Simple: compatible Outs on the source go to compatible In's on the recorder. Ta-da!!!
I want to know how to track c.d. when recording,I
If you mean you don't know how to manually mark a track in Manual Mode >>while<< recording on the fly:
Toggle the Auto/Manual button to Manual
Press the SKIP/Search right arrow button for tray B while recording whenever you want to increment the track number.
Pausing or stopping the recording also increments the next track number. There is no way to manipulate the actual number assigned to any track. It is alway PLUS 1 from the last track.
I always use Manual track numbering on my Pioneer machine when recording analog sources because many machines (like yours) will interpret a short silence as a track break. This may not necessarily be what you want to happen.
Not able to record cd get message unreadable cd
I found out that memorex cds that have on the package (for use in audio recorders)work every time. They're red label packaging,I hated buying cds only to find out they dont work. Dont forget READ THE LABEL look for (use in audio recorders)
