After powerup hold down power button (just a second or two then release) to get to the menu go to usb connect press arrow and select yes. you should be able to explore your Digital Photo Frame (D.P.F.)as a usb storage device double click on DPFmate.exe It should startup manually then.

When I try to hook
it sounds like you need to reinstall the drivers.
This is a link to a driver download for th eVision 123 digital camera that has worked for me running Win XP. Hope it helps. Once you download and unzip the file, restart your computer and go to the setup file to start. for some reason the setup file doesn't seem to want to run until you restart. after the software is installed it works great. see the description on the page for more details of what is included in this setup. hope it works good for you too. I have just bought 1.5
after connecting this device to the pc, click on my computer and it should appear in the menu as one of your drives, if it does then select it and you should be able to transfer pics onto to it, if this doesn't work, I would contact the company or return it.

First of all what brand and model of camara are you talking about.any how your camara needs cleaning take it to a tech to have that done.dont attempt to do it your self.if that does not work then, you will have to replace it.

Assuming that your PC is running of Window XP it should recognize it..if not you may need to download driver for your card reader..(look who's the manufacture and go to its website).
But first, click on "My Computer" look to see if a "Removable Disk" exist on your desktop. If there is one, most likely your pictures are inside. Also make sure your memory card is not LOCK.
