Those blinks [flashes] are fault indication (Error Codes). From the number of blinks occur at one time switch ON, you can get an idea about the faulty circuit section inside it. This will make repair easy. These are called blinking codes. Make sure about the exact number of blinking of the standby/power LED, by switching On & OFF the set, for at least two times. Count it carefully. If you wish to get some details, check the site linked here. It has details about blinking codes, and fault locating procedure, to many popular brand TVs and other devices. http://electronicshelponline.blogspot.com/ https://homenol.blogspot.com/ https://elektrotricks.blogspot.com/ Blinking codes details to many popular brand TVs are given. If blinks continue without any pause, the main board is faulty. Search the sites by type in the brand name to your set, in its search box on the right column. View it on a desktop or in web View. Mobile view has no search box.

The issue you are describing sounds like the the LED back lights are drawing too much current and the power supply is going into a protection state. When the clicking happens the current drops and the power supply comes on and the LED lights try to come on and the process repeats. It could be an issue with power supply but the only available item from a supplier I recommend is the back light strips and the entire set is about 160 dollars. Big screen units are not easy to service as they take a lot of space. If you are not versed in electronics, I dont recommend that you try to repair it yourself. usd.

That is an issue I have never seen on here before, and I have seen thousands. It leads me to think it is a remote control issue, or if it is cycling on and off, on, and off every few seconds, the power board. Two things to try. Remove the mains plug to the television. Remove the batteries from the remote. Leave 10 minutes, and put brand new Duracell batteries in the remote. Plug in the television and try again. Remove the wall plug for 5 minutes. Plug it in. What happens if you switch on and change channels and volume from the set, NOT from the remote. If it works okay, it is the remote or the remote sensor in the television. My usual advice is here https://www.fixya.com/support/r29790007-repairing_own_television ..

It depends if you are a Digital Light Processing engineer? LCD and DLP are two new and different imaging technologies for flat screen TVs. LCD stands for Liquid Crystal Display and DLP stands for Digital Light Processing. Both produce accurate and sharp images. The differences are in display, price and performance. ... Both DLP and LCD television screens are slim and lightweight. Best advice is here https://www.fixya.com/support/r29790007-repairing_own_television ..

The RL43WCIS has an LED bulb. It isn't user replaceable. See the manual available on the product support page: https://www.samsung.com/africa_en/support/model/RL41WCIS1/XFA/#downloads . The current link to the manual is https://org.downloadcenter.samsung.com/downloadfile/ContentsFile.aspx?CDSite=UNI_AFRICA_EN&OriginYN=N&ModelType=N&ModelName=RL43WCIS&CttFileID=5099999&CDCttType=UM&VPath=UM%2F201408%2F20140825191448674%2FDA99-01220A-21.pdf . See page 19 for the description of the refrigerator parts. Page 14 indicates that a service call is needed to replace the interior light. I wish that I had better news for you. Cindy Wells
