Just got my Samsung tv
maybe during yesting the plug was pulled out from the outlet with turning it off first. some of remote controled appliances need to be turned off by remote control unit before unplugging it from power source., theres no big deal in that problem
Intermittent vertical
Find the vertical IC and just resolder all the pins and adjacent component pins. This will fix the problem, this is the result of a dried out solder joints.
Sharp
which way is it "closing" ? top & bottom moving towards center or sides moving in towards center? one is vertical problem the other is horizontal, let me know and I can give you an answer.
High pitch sound and fuzzy
The high pitched sound, probably not, unless you open this TV set and find out what is making the noise and replace the part. Most likely a coil or transformer is vibrating so fast that the frequency is very high. On the focus, possibly can be adjusted. Now when you take off the back of this TV set, i must warn you, follow my instructions to the letter as there is enough High Voltage in this set to make a grown man cry! After you take out all of the screws off the rear cover, carefully lift up the cover straight up. Oh by the way the TV should be face down. Opps! Not stand back up the TV set and there will be a Grey or black block like looking thing with a large red wire going to the top of the picture tube. on this block you will find two controls, one will say screen, and the other will say focus. DO NOT ADJUST ANYTHING ELSE WHEN YOU ARE IN THIS TV SET!!! No slowly rock the focus control back and forth till you get the sharpest picture. Put back on the back cover and enjoy!!! Good Luck
Having trouble with my Samsung television can you help please?
sorry silly girl seen this a hundred times!! The crt socket on the set needs to be carefully taken off and cleaned with wd-40 or tuner wash. its an intermittant connection on the screen contacts and the contacts that bias the grids.. It can be a green haze a blue haze or a red haze. Very common on 3 to 5 year old samsung tvs. Good Luck
Should I just buy new LED strips for TV.
First thing to do is unhook the connector going from the main to power board, plug the set in and see if you get backlights, if you don't replace all the LED strips

Samsung BN59-00599A Remote Control to Bush tV
The BN59-00599A remote was included with several Samsung TV models, including the FP-T5084. While it can be used to control some other devices in your home theater system, it doesn't have codes for other TVs. See the user manual available at the support page: https://www.samsung.com/ca/support/model/FPT5084X/XAA/#downloadshttps://www.samsung.com/ca/support/model/FPT5084X/XAA/#downloads . The section on setting the remote for DVD players, VCRs and other devices starts on page 20.
I wish that I had better news for you. To control the Bush TV, look for a generic universal remote that was programmed more than 6 months after the TV was manufactured. (Not all remotes will list codes for Bush TVs, however the code for another brand may work.)

How to fix my Samsung tv that is flashing white light
There is a good chance you have a bad panel, put the original boards back in the set, unhook the ribbon cables going to the panel boards from the main or tcon, I didn't pull service info so don't know if this set has a tcon board, in either case, remote the ribbon cables going to the panel boards , if the set comes on with backlights, naturally no picture, the panel is bad

Samsung LCD TV turns on and off on it's own
Based on the symptoms you described, it sounds like there may be an issue with either the power supply board or the main board of your Samsung LCD TV. The fact that the TV keeps turning on and off repeatedly on its own, and now it won't start up at all, suggests that there may be a problem with one of these components.
When you unplug the cord connecting the power supply board to the main board, and the TV backlights stay on without turning off, it indicates that the power supply board is working properly. However, when connected to the main board, the backlight turns on and off, which suggests that the issue is with the main board.
It's possible that the main board is malfunctioning and not providing the correct signals to the power supply board, which is causing the backlight to turn on and off. Replacing the power supply board with a new one and still experiencing the same issue, confirms that the problem is not with the power supply board.
It's important to diagnose the problem correctly and not just replace parts without properly testing them, as this can lead to wasted time and money. A proper diagnosis can be made by a technician with a scanner that can read the codes and check the signals of the main board and power supply board.
It's also a good idea to check all cables, connectors, and other electronic parts of the TV, as any damaged or loose parts can cause the problem as well.
It's recommended to check the TV's warranty status and the manufacturer's instructions to ensure that the repair or replacement will not void the warranty. If the TV is out of warranty, it might be more cost-effective to consider purchasing a new TV, as repairing an older model might not be cost-effective.

Samsung TV, un55nu6900fxza, no pict, have backlight, red on button on, it goes into standby mode with samsung moving around on screen. motherboard bn9649639A any thoughtss
Based on the symptoms you described, it sounds like there may be an issue with the main board (motherboard) of your Samsung TV. The fact that you have backlight and the red power button is on, but there is no picture and the TV goes into standby mode with the Samsung logo moving around on the screen, suggests that the main board may be malfunctioning.
The specific part number for the main board (motherboard) in your TV model is BN9649639A. You can try to locate and purchase this part online or through a Samsung parts supplier and replace it yourself, but it is important to note that this can be a complex and difficult repair. If you are not comfortable with electronic repairs, it would be best to contact a professional technician or Samsung's customer service for assistance.
It's also possible that there is a problem with the T-Con Board. The T-Con board works in conjunction with the main board to control the display of the TV. If the main board is working correctly, and you still have no picture, then it's likely that the T-Con board is defective, and it will need to be replaced.
It's also a good idea to check all cables, connectors and check for any loose or damaged parts in the TV, as that could be causing the problem as well.
In any case, it is recommended to check the TV's warranty status and the manufacturer's instructions to ensure that the repair or replacement will not void the warranty.
