It's impossible to download and install CYDIA without a P. C. First , your i device must be jail broken and that to requires a computer. The real Cydia by Jay Freeman (saurik ) can only be obtained with a jailbroken I device using a software tool like Pangu ,or TiAg.., or Evasion . These are downloaded free of course using your idevice only and will only open and work when you plug into a p.c. with a USB cable from that I device. SORRY. There are some emulators you can install and there is a Cydia on one of these apps and is called - inocydia.net . But there are a couple of things you do to get the app . And is ok actually because there are some apps in these stores as well that are useful to me , although they may not be useful to you ,after you get the Web apps app stores and the inocydia app , you can delete the others that will be needed for the Cydia web app.. I use them and are perfectly safe to use . I use to have Cydia on one of my iPad 2 . I have many i devices and although the one I'm referenceing To is jailbroken still I opted after 3 years to delete Cydia.
