In short you can't. It is usually only blocked for 3 reasons.

1 It is stolen and the owner has had the IMEI number registered as stolen via his cellphone provider and the police.

2 It is stolen and the company that owns the phone has registered it as stolen. You don't own a phone unless you pay full price, or finish the stated contract.

3 the phone is on contract and you haven't paid your bill and the cellphone provider still owns the phone under contract.

The IMEI number is the ID of the phone and it is in the firmware of the phone. It can't be altered and until you resolve the reason why it is blocked, it will remain that way. The ID was added to the phone to stop the global problem of cellphone thefts.

There isn't really an iPhone 6 / 6+ specific manual. Apple veers more toward guides for different versions of iOS, since the phones themselves haven't really changed - home button, volume up/down, mute switch, sleep. What all they can activate and do, and what your fingers on the screen can add is all user interface and software, so that's what you'll want to look for.

iOS: Device not recognized in iTunes for Windows

I would start with

Removing and Reinstalling iTunes, QuickTime, and other software components for Windows XP

or

Removing and reinstalling iTunes, QuickTime, and other software components for Windows Vista or Windows 7

If you have iTunes 11 turn on the Sidebar. Go to iTunes>View and click on Show Sidebar. You can also do a Crtl+S to show the sidebar. The sidebar is where Devices appears. and Control+B to show the Menu bar

Next try another computer to help determine if you have an iPod or computer problem.

The update problem typically indicates a either a network problem or an Apple server problem. That happened to be a few times. I just retried and it work after a while.

If you're stuck at the word "Android", it means that the device couldn't load the User Interface Package (specifically, SystemUI.apk). So, as a result, the system couldn't provide that beautiful user interface for you, and android would stuck at the boot state, leaving you stranded there.

Why? it's most likely that the system file (SystemUI.apk) is corrupted. There's a lot of reason for this, which I'm not going to the details of it, as it would make this solution rediculously long.

In this case, you could try going into recovery mode, and do a full wipe. This may solve your problem, but all the data on the device would be lost.
