Try and contact facebook through email and they will be able to help. This happened to me a while now and as soon as i contacted Facebook they send me a link where i needed to verify my account and then blocked everybody else coming from any other country until i change my password and gain my account back! Try changing your password so they don't have access to your account anymore. It is recommended to change your password once in a while to avoid these kind of situations.
