Floureon CCTV DVR FIX - Bing video
Check Camera Compatibility:
Ensure that the cameras you're trying to connect are compatible with your DVR. It seems you have both 900TVL and 1500TVL Floureon cameras. However, your new DVR might be analog-only, which means it won't work with HD cameras (like AHD, HDTVI, or HDCVI). The old 1500TVL cameras might fall into this category.
Try connecting only two of your old cameras to the DVR and observe if they work. If they do, it confirms the compatibility issue.
Check DVR Settings:
Access the DVR settings menu and verify the following:
Encoding Format: Ensure that the DVR is set to the correct encoding format (e.g., 960H or AHD-L).
Network Settings: If you're not connected to the internet, disable any network-related settings (such as DHCP or UPnP).
Camera Channels: Confirm that the channels corresponding to your cameras are correctly configured.
Hard Drive Installation: Make sure you have a functional hard drive installed in the DVR for recording purposes.
Power Supply and Connections:
Double-check the power supply for both the DVR and the cameras. Faulty power connections can lead to recording issues.
Inspect the camera cables and connections. Loose or damaged cables may cause recording failures.
Playback Mode:
When in playback mode, try deselecting one camera and selecting another. Sometimes, all cameras are recording, but you can only view two at a time. By switching between cameras, you can access the recorded footage.
Factory Reset (if necessary):
As a last resort, consider performing a factory reset on the DVR. Be aware that this will erase all settings, so proceed with caution.
How do you get an LG LV720 video cassette recorder out of safe mode?
To get your LG LV720 video cassette recorder out of safe mode, you can follow these steps:
Locate the original remote control that came with your VCR.
Look for a button marked as C.LOCK or LOCK.
Press this button. This should allow you to exit the safe mode3.
If you don't have the original remote, you might face some difficulties. Some users have reported success by pressing the record button for 6 seconds on their Panasonic VCRs but it's unclear if this will work for an LG model.

Hi,
which type of system you use ? if your computer is not equipped with the requirement, this will not work properly,
Rca vhs camcorder cpr300 won't playback or record
This may be bad belts, and what you should check for is the belts on the side of the tape deck toward the lens and pickup(front), and the drive belt in the middle. All the belts are under the circuit board, so you need to remove that to get at them, and then you can replace them with rubber bands of same or slightly smaller size. Use a screwdriver to help get the old belts off, and put new ones on. (In the tight space)
Then check if the tape deck opens and closes, and see if the tape moves when you hit play/record. If you put in a tape you know has a video written onto it, then put that in, and try to play it. If you get a noisy or staticky picture, then try wiping the video head drum(Big shiny cylinder that spins, with the small slits in the side.) with some alchohol and a glasses cleaning cloth or paper. Also, wipe the audio/control head, the silver box that the tape runs across just before it goes by the black roller. Also, check for gunk or obstructions that have gotten in the mechanism of the tape deck in the back. Make sure the video drum is spinning, and that the tape is pulled out of the cassette by some small rollers and wrapped around the video drum DURING playback/record. I say 'during' because some camcorders will retract the tape back to the cassette for fast forward and fast rewind.
I hope you get your camcorder to work! Thanks! 73

Problem with Panasonic Camcorder NV-DS28
From speaking to a repair centre this is a very common problem with Panasonic camcorders.
I got the impression it was a panasonic problem with a connector that needed either cleaning or replacing.
There are 2 fixes, one is cheap quick and temporary.
The other involves sending the camcorder away to be professionally repaired, it should cost the minimum fee, which was £50 in 2007.
As for the cheap version, it involved turning the camcorder off and hitting it against a copy of the yellow pages and turning on again. This worked for long enough to record my 2nd daughters birth.
I just bought a ONN Camcorder 1.44 digital screen with 2x digital zoom.
Question edited for clarity.
Question moved from '2X Computers'.
ONN is Walmart's Bargain basement brand made in China. The manuals are written in Chinese and translated in a very brief way by non fluent translators. The best option is to go back into Walmart Camera section and ask one of the associates to show you how it works. Make sure it is fully charged and take the manual with you.
