Sounds like either corrupted firmware or something went bang in a memory or controller chip, you could try a factory reset if you can find your model number on the samsung website. If you haven't tried this yet: unplug the power plug to the TV for about 10 minutes and then try again. Sometimes this will allow the caps to drain and clear any temporary faults.
Usually a factory reset involves holding buttons on the remote while pressing the power button etc. You should be able to find instructions on how to do this with your model number. Samsung generally is pretty good about this stuff being available.

A modern tv is as much computer as tv and isn't electronically robust having much delicate circuitry that is vulnerable to surges, spikes or transients.

A direct lightning strike isn't necessary to cause damage and lightning activity in the area is all that is necessary. A surge protector could provide some protection but in reality disconnecting the tv from the mains and the antenna is the best protection.
In the early days of radio when circuits were more robust, an external antenna and a good ground was often necessary for good signal reception, there would be a knife switch provided to disconnect the antenna and ground it whenever there was thunder around - a worthwhile precaution that unfortunately isn't practical today.

A tv that has failed during an electrical storm might be economically repairable or might not - only the repair guy could tell you this. My limited experience with this tells me although such a tv can be fixed it never seems to achieve the same quality.

Check and see if you have power going to the fan, before replacing the fan. It could be a power board problem.

That indicates a problem with the power supply. If your TV is under warranty, I suggest to contact the manufacturer for a repair or replacement.

Typically bad inverter board for backlight. I would google "backlight inverter" and your brand for a You Tube video if you are tech savvy. You could try the oven trick (put the board in the oven on a sheet covered with tin foil, (10 minutes at 385 degrees and let cool) but it will smell horrible. This has "fixed" the loose solder on several boards for me in the past.

Samsung... | Answered on Sep 11, 2020

It is due to a connection issue like faulty cables, improper installation, or an issue with a device connected to the TV. It may also be due to improper video output settings that need to be set up properly.

A black TV screen may just be a sign that the TV is turned off, although if it is producing sound then you know that's not the case. When your TV has a black screen even when it's on, it could be possible it could actually be your external device and not your TV.
-Reset ALL components by unplugging them about for 5 minutes including the TV. -Be sure all COAX CABLES and HDMI CABLES are tight and properly connected. -If you CAN pull up the TV MENU when you have the black screen, update your TV's firmware to be sure your TV is up to date and rule out the TV as the problem.
