you need to replace STK 392-110s these are your convergence chips and will cause this problem some are stk 120s 150s,up grade to 180s.

solder around pins on flyback transformer,see if this will solve your problem.some flybacks will make this sound, like a ringing noise.

the tv color circuit is off frequency change the color ic take a look on the crystal that gives the 4.8.mhz burst could be that it needs to be replace dont rule out the video IF change the two ICs you mention.good luck.from the look of your tv screen that is my conclusion.good luck.email me at [email protected]

Those blinks [flashes] are fault indication (Error Codes). From the number of blinks occur at one time switch ON, you can get an idea about the faulty circuit section inside it. This will make repair easy. These are called blinking codes. Make sure about the exact number of blinking of the standby/power LED, by switching On & OFF the set, for at least two times. Might be of Back - light problem. Check and replace damaged component/s at its back-light inverter board, or replace this board as card basis. If it was working fine before, you have changed Source or Input to an HDMI port, or Cable, Satellite, feed that is empty.
