How do i fix my smart tv
Back - light problem. Check and replace damaged component/s at its back-light inverter board, or replace this board as card basis. If you wish to get some details; check the site linked here. Surf the site with patience. Pull up older posts. It will be best to replace the inverter board as card basis. To some model sets; especially LED back-lighted types; the back-light inverter circuit will be part of the main power supply board . In such cases, the power supply board might need replacement. To some models sets, the back-light inverter and SMPS section circuit will be integrated at its main board itself. If so; the main board should be replaced. To some models of sets, all these section circuit will be integrated at its main board. If this is the case, you have to replace the main board.http://electro-medical.blogspot.com/
My Vizio M75-E1 appears to be in bootloop. Can it be fixed?
Boot log is stored in the EEPROM on the main board, you should be able to get a new one for $15 from shopjimmy but it's not an easy job to replace, very small SMD, if you have the equipment and knowledge to replace it that's the cheap way to get the job done. The other option is replace the main board
Is the backlight LED Driver for a Vizio E55-E2 LWZ2VIKT TV on the power board?
This model TV had issues with the connector going from the power supply to the LED driver board, the solder contacts on the back of the board break loose, you can either solder the contacts if you have the means to do that or order a new board. If you're able to solder it, you will need a small tip for the iron and use lots of flux or the connectors will want to flow together, flux will keep that from happening
Why does vizio tv m3221-b1 screen freeze up after 30 minutes of viewing?
I don't know the answer but your tv is actually more computer than tv and when a computer screen freezes it is usually because it has suffered a software crash and rebooting restores operation (for a while).
While it is possible it is an electronic problem (something overheating perhaps) you shouldn't ignore the software possibility.
Model d70-d3. What caused backlight failure?
I'm not totally sure what your asking, does your backlights work or do they not?...you said backlights not working but you can see the LED's, the backlights are the LED lights, or are you calling the LCD diodes in the panel the LED' backlights?
Vizio 46 Screen Problem
I can tell you what's wrong but it's not good news, your panel is bad. There are 2 things you can try, on the panel board that doesn't give half a picture check all the SMD diodes and see if one is shorted, if you find a shorted one take a needle nose pliers and remove it, it will work without it, if you don't find any shorted there is one last slim chance of fixing it if it has wheat IC tabs on the side of the panel, again do this to the side that doesn't get half a picture, take a very sharp knife and cut one tab at a time at the panel, start with the top one, try the set after removing each one, if it still doesn't work go to the next one, if that doesn't and it most likely won't the TV will need to be recycled as a new panel isn't available. You will have to remove the front frame to get at the tabs, not all sets have them.
Vizio p75-c1 power on but no picture
Most likely your backlights are out but trying to figure out why is more than anyone should try to figure out other than a service center as this set has 4 boards that can cause this issue. Save some frustration and take it in for repair. Also boards are somewhat expensive
Model M55-F0 LED TV. Why are there vertical lines and no sound?
This is a fairly common problem here with a lot of TVs. Vertical colored lines usually show on a TV screen when the T-Con board is not working correctly . Many times this can simply be caused from wiring that is not securely fastened. Other times the T-Con Board itself could be faulty and need to be replaced.
