Hi tantoy,

I see that you mentioned your MP3 player does not play the files in Proper sequence.

Have you checked maybe it is just in shuffle, because that can be the only reason why the audio file plays randomly instead of in sequence.

This player does not support playlists, so if you want to play the albums separately, you will have to organize them into folders. So, make one folder for each album and title them appropriately, then move the folders over to the device, and each album will be in its own folder under ROOT.

Reset the device. 1. Press and hold the Power/Menu button for approximately 20 seconds. 2. Release the Power/Menu button. 3. Press the Power/Menu button again to turn on the player.
Power cycle the device.
The power cycle discharges excess/residual power from the player; with the use of a new battery, it should be able to power on the MP3 player properly.
STEP 1 - Remove the battery STEP 2 - Power cycle the player 1. Connect the player to the PC. 2. Leave the device connected for about 2 minutes.
STEP 3 - Turn on the device 1. Unplug the player from the PC. 2. Insert a fresh AAA battery into the player. 3. Turn on the player.

dry deleting all files and folders first, then format???

if u can somehow find it on ur computer: delete all files and folders (including hidden ones), and do a full format (right click on drive->Format...). this worked for me.

i had this also. just delete all files and folders. and do a full format. worked for me anyway.

just find firmware and off device trun on hold button and press +and update ur mp3 firmware ok

have you tried opening the "folder options" on your control panel and checking the "show all files" option,
maybe their hidden

if it it still connecting to your PC update your firmware using tools from sandisk for your player. these cheaper mp3 players have a common chipset and if the firmware gets a little messed up they will flip upside down. unfortunately there is not much you can do if it does not connect. hope this helps!
