When you reset, make sure your SD card is not in the slot. Take it out and look for any apps on your SD card using a windows computer and a SD hub. Using windows explorer delete anything you don't recognize using windows. Then reset your tablet again, using a USB cord and SD hub to connect your tablet to windows. When you see the little windows pop up at the bottom left, click on it again to see what's on your tablet. In fact, I would do this before you reset and see what apps are there and delete ones you think are bad.

I would try and contact the programmers that put these out and see what is going on. It may be that the game is not made to work with your specific unit.

There is no way to recover a lost password without erasing the device. First, turn your tablet off. Then, power the tablet back up by holding down the volume (either + or - ) and power buttons simultaneously. You can set the time in your zeepad by going into menu , tap setting, select date and time and then set the time zone in your country.

Need more info. For instance, Does it charge? iIs the screen on but has a black background? There are a number of things that can cause this. One thing I would try is taking the battery out for about a minute. Then put it back in and try to start it again. We can progress after this.
