Either way you should get an electrician or someone to look at it, and see if it is something to do with the inside works or something else. Someone with a computer or laptop, that can connect to your electronic can plug it in, and look at the information. You may be able to do this and change the password, but sometimes it doesn't work because of the unable electronic or the laptop/computer. So screw that! Need more info. For instance, Does it charge? iIs the screen on but has a black background? There are a number of things that can cause this. One thing I would try is taking the battery out for about a minute. Then put it back in and try to start it again. We can progress after this.
