If you did not have this problem before it was moved, the vibration of it being moved may have caused something to come loose. You MUST transport a large flat screen unit like that in a VERTICAL position because the screen will bounce like a trampoline and it breaks. You will have to take the television apart and check all the connections to be sure they are good.

You need to check and see if there is a firmware update that might have additional apps. Some televisions dont allow it. You did not post the model number so there is no other information
