Coming out? You mean thread breaking? This is always incorrect threading or incorrect tension, or rotten thread. The videos explain how to set the bobbin tension first and then as long as your threading is okay, any other adjustment is done on the top tension. They should be serviced every 2 or 3 years. Most people never service until they fail and then wonder why they failed. Slow, weak sewing would be caused by the foot pedal having dirty contacts n the insides. It has a wire wound track and a contact terminal. The fact the needle doesn't go up and down is either caused by it being in bobbin winding mode, or a link has come off inside. So first thing to do is open up the foot pedal and clean the contacts with electrical switch cleaner (NOT WD40). Then check you aren't in Bobbin winding mode, normally a clutch on the hand wheel. Sewing machines can make clicking noises, but as yours is new, I would take it to the seller and ask them to check it.

hello regarding error code E808 mostly happened in SC-920 control: 1- check +33 DC volt output for thread trimmer - bac-ktack- presser foot lifter. 2- check CTL board. Is there excessive oil on the needle shaft (above the screw)?

Try lowering presser foot and advance hand wheel so needle is at its lowest position. Then take a clean dry rag and wipe around the shaft just above the screw and see it gets dirty. If yes, the machine needs a thorough clean and lube.
