Alcatel OneTouch Fierce for MetroPCS Cell Phone Questions & Answers
4g not working well...slow..how can i fix it
There is no slow 4g. It's either a throttle or weak signal from your carrier. Try it in a place where you are completely sure that 4g works flawless. This of course if your device is from Metro PCS as in heading and your wireless carrier is from them or at least T-Mobile. If for any reason you unlock the phone, if the device is GSM, and use it with a different wireless carrier, then it's another thing, and it could be the issue at hand.
Need unlock code
Hi , If you've changed service providers then you'll need to ring your new service provider and tell them you'd still like to use your old cell phone number BUT if you're putting your sim card into a new or different cell phone make sure that cell phone isn't locked to a different service provider than your sim cards provider, I hope this helped... CHEERS..

One touch 7024N unlock screen forgot pattern
If you don't have google account or data connection, this may be the only way but it will delete all information you have on your phone;eg. email accounts(if there are any), cache, installed apps(not built in), settings, and other info; but it will keep your music, pictures, videos, and other files. Hard reset will set your device to factory settings just like when you bought it.
You can start by powering off your device in any way you can.
Removing the sd is optional.(If you remove them, the apps you have on your sd card will still be there but it won't be installed so it wastes memory.)
Then turn it on while pressing volume down button.
Mms viaero
To set up MMS and internet on your Viaero Alcatel phone, you'll need to enter specific APN (Access Point Name) settings. Typically, you can find these settings in the 'Network & Internet' section of your phone's settings menu. If you're unsure of the exact APN details for Viaero, I recommend checking their website or contacting Viaero customer support for the most accurate information. They should provide you with the necessary data like the APN name, username, and password to configure your phone correctl
