Please always include FULL 'make model (what it is)'. Question moved from Cars and Trucks! Overheating dues to clogged air flow or failed temperature management sensors (they have 3) in your mystery dryer.

Logik LVD7W18 Tumble-dryer making a knocking sound

Hi, One might need to oil up some of the internal parts of the dryer that are not electronic. It sounds like there might be friction causing the nocking sound. After the oiling of metal portions of the dryer, the sound should go away. Thank you.

Electric plug not working for washer, dryer works right next to it but different plug and light switch works in the same room... none of the circuits are flipped. What can I do?

You deleted and reposted just as I was clicking SEND. You posted to Dryers Category and yet you say the Dry works, so it this a Washing Machine or something else? (okay we know) The dryer is 220 volts and is on a separate 30 amp breaker to the 110 volt supply for the washing machine 15 amp circuit. Lights are on a separate 5 amp lighting circuit Unplug the appliance that doesn't work and plug in a kettle or lamp that is known to work. Some breakers go 'lazy' and need switching off and then FIRMLY back to On. Let me know, click Comment under my post.

I want to vacuum out the inside floor of my epic dryer. How do I remove the bottom front panel

1. Unplug the dryer from the wall and move it out so you can access the bottom front panel. 2. Remove the screws from the bottom front panel and lift it up and out. 3. Vacuum the floor of the dryer to remove any lint and debris. 4. Replace the bottom front panel and screw it back in. 5. Plug the dryer back in and push it back against the wall.
