I don't believe voice messages are held on your iPhone itself. Voice Messages are held by the Carrier you are connected with. Usually you dial the voice message service and delete the recorded messages at their end. I asked my carrier to turn off the Voice Message service because it became a pain to deal with. That way I can see on my iPhone who has called and call them back if I want. The iPhone is either a 4 or 4S. There is no 4G 4G is currently the fastest network speed that the phone carrier puts out. The previous one was the 3G network. Cheers

Well, so long as you have access to the computer that you sync the phone with then this isn't too hard. What you need to do is hook the phone up to that computer that you sync the phone with to back it up for photos, contacts, data, etc... then press and hold both the home and power buttons at the same time, the display will shut off and the device will begin to boot, when you see the apple logo on the screen release the power button, but keep holding the home button for another 5-10 seconds. iTunes will then pop up a dialoge box that it has detected a iPhone in reset mode, hit the "ok" button and it may tell you that you need to download the latest version of iPhone software to update the phone, allow it to do so (usually takes about 15 minutes or so, depend and upon your connection speed with your ISP), after it does that it should wipe the phone and reinstall iOS and you should be good to go. If you have never synced it with a computer it could be a lot more difficult as you may have an iCloud lock on the device, which isn't so bad if you know your iCloud password, but if you don't, can still be reset, but can be more complicated and time consuming, but hopefully you don't have to go there. if you found this to be helpful please up vote this answer, and if you have any additional questions or issues please respond with them, I will do my best to try and assist. Hi Caroline Do Backup to iTunes on your computer before doing anything! Then Quit every App program that is still in memory.. Double click the round button then drag every running App upward (in IOS8) Then Do a Full Reset... Hold Down the Top Button & the Round Button for 10 seconds or so till you get the Restart slider. Does Problem still exist You will have to break the problem down. SIM or Carrier or iPhone? Remove SIM card & Re Insert or try in another phone. Do a Major Reset / Clean Reinstall from iTunes... Hold Down the Top Button & the Round Button for 20/30 seconds or so till you get the plug into iTunes cable Icon. Connect to computer running iTunes and select your iPhone Name & Click Restore Button in iTunes Good Luck

This is actually pretty easy for most people. You can find replacement batteries on eBay for pretty cheap with two important things to note. First, be sure to order from an American(or whatever country you happen to live in, if possible), while most of the batteries are generally from the same company and are of about the same quality a distributor from your country can generally get you the item within a week, where as a Chinese distributor could have you waiting 2-4 weeks to get the same item and the additional buck you might pay is well worth not having to wait so long. Second, be sure to buy a kit with tools. Specifically you will need a precision pentalobe screwdriver and a precision Phillips screw driver. The Phillips you might already have but the pentalobe is a proprietary driver style that most people do not own. Also try to buy one with a non-marring pry tool. To get the battery simply take the screws out at the bottom of the device by the charging port (these are the pentalobe), slide the back panel up a little bit and then it should lift off. Then you just have to remove the screw that holds the battery cable to the logic board, noting the direction of the little grounding strap that is also going through the screw and noting not to lose it when you take the screw out. Use the pry tool to release the plug from the board and to pry out the old battery (it's held in with double sided tape), being careful not to damage the old battery because you could cause the battery to heat up and catch fire or exolode, but of course you'd have to be pretty careless to do that so don't be scared. Replace the screw, then put the cover back on, and replace the case screws. How exactly are you attempting to charge the phone? If the phone is completely dead, you should not use a USB port on a computer or a USB hub to charge it. Instead, I recommend that you obtain the cube-shaped Apple adapter that plugs into an AC outlet if you don't already have one. It's just a little white cube that plugs into the wall, and it has a USB connector on it. Use an iPhone-to-USB cable to get the phone charging from the wall using that adapter. Leave the phone connected this way for at least 15 minutes. When the phone gets to a certain minimum level of charge, it should display the battery image on the screen for a few seconds, to let you know it is now beginning to recharge. Note that it may take several minutes before you ever see anything on the screen. Only then will you know it's actually charging. Leave it for a while, and let it charge. If the sound is turned up on the phone, you will also hear a beep when it displays the battery image for the first time. You can check status periodically by briefly pressing either the round button near the bottom of the phone's face, or the power button on top. It will display the battery image, which will reflect the current state of charge. Once the phone has at least 25% or more charge on it, you should be able to power it up (while still connected to the charging source). To do so, hold down the power button on the top right edge of the phone until it turns on. If the phone does not begin to respond after 15 minutes of connection to a known-good charging source, then it has developed a hardware problem and will need to be repaired or replaced. I can't stress enough that you need to make sure the problem is not the manner in which you are charging it, or the adapter or cable that you are using to charge it. Try multiple cables if you have them, and obtain more than one of the AC adapters to make sure that isn't the problem. If you are using a charging dock of some sort to charge it, that could be the problem as well. You want to eliminate all other possibilities in order to determine for sure that it's the phone. The only other weird situation that I've seen is if you have a corrupt app that is blanking the screen, making it appear as though the phone is off. To make sure this isn't the problem, press and HOLD the power button on the top right edge of the phone for at least 10 seconds or more. You should see a message that says "slide to power off". Slide the button to power off the phone. Wait until it goes completely black, then wait another 10 seconds. need more details to be able to help you. in the wifi section can your router be seen by the iPhone. Does the wifi on and off switch work in the preferences ?

Try to factory reset the device using iTunes

First what type of PC and operating system is running on it. Do you have a active contact with a cell phone compony? if so make sure you have your iPhone fully charged. You said that your iPhone is "Disable" do you mean it is locked up? If so do a reset, press and hold both the Sleep/Wake and Home buttons for at least 10 seconds, until you see the Apple logo Then after it powers back up go into "Settings" then go into Wi-Fi and connect to your Wi-Fi or if you don't have one you can go to most fast food places and use their Wi-Fi. Then after getting connected to a Wi-Fi go back into "Settings" and then go into General" and then into "Software Update" to check to see if you have a update to install. If so install it. Then go back into "Settings" and click on "iCloud" and log into it with your Apple ID and then and make sure your settings are correct that you had before. If you have not done so turn on backup so you can backup to the cloud till you get a system that will allow you to install iTunes.

Otherwise you will have to sync with itunes .connect the usb cord to computer first. then press the screen button and connect the phone. Press on the screen button until you connect with iTunes under recovery mode. It will either help you back up or erase everything on your iphone . it would be wise to make a back up on your computer.

Most cell phones are "tied" to a particular phone company such as AT&T or Verizon or T-Mobile, etc. Call the customer service number of the phone company and they can tell you if local service is available in Trinidad. It's possible they will support your request, or they might tell you to buy a phone on the island.
