Hi. not sure if this would work, but let's give it a try.
Open your settings, about phone. Look for the build number and tap it 7 times. It should now display a message "You are now a developer", or something along those lines. Go back to Settings, and look for developers option. It's different in every smartphone, for example, mine is under System. Tap developer option and scroll down until you find System UI demo (or something that indicates or have the word Demo in it), tap it, and then tick it off.
I hope this solve your problem. I can't think of anything else.
