TAG HEUER watch bands are costly. Over here in England they cost from £60 to £250 (depends on type, model, e.t.c.), but can rocket sky high if you have one of expensive models.
I would suggest to add a few links to your existing band. This will be cheaper than to buy completely new band.
Visit your nearest watch repair store and ask how to do that. Watchmaker should be able to order extra links and fit them for you.
If you insist on a new band - ask watchmaker to order it and fit to your watch.

Onto spotting fakes. Usually, if you have to ask if it's fake, it is. If you bought it on Amazon or eBay or from a guy in a bar, it's fake. On high end watches the strap is silky smooth, no rough edges. Each one takes an hour to polish.

If the second hand is misaligned and binding on one of the other hands the repair is fairly straightforward but will mean opening the case and making an adjustment with the delicacy of a surgeon and without wishing to insult you - if you have to ask how you probably aren't the best person to do the repair, especially if something else is causing it to bind.
