it sounds like your collection assembly is full. this is not something you can do anything about. it must be replaced and it will be costly. you are probly better off to replace it

You need to buy genuine cartridges. Take them back to the dealers and demand genuine cartridges that is if you did not force the cartridges into the slots. If you are printing blank sheets then change toner cartridges.

I'm assuming you have the correct drivers loaded and correctly configured. Set power switch to off. Unplug it for 1 minute. Plug it back in. Turn it on. If it still won't work, I suggest replacing the power supply. If it still won't work, I suggest you replace it.

take the cartridge out & run hot water over bottom where the ink comes out wipeing it with a soft tissue until you get a good stream of ink

make sure you have a phone line plugged in correctly (into the in plug) and set the printer / fax to recieve auto. Do not pick up the phone while recieving the fax, If thei does not work, check your setting in the software.

did you hust replace the fuser? make sure it is the model type/ for example a 4200 does not work in a 4250 they fit and look exactly alike,but, are not compatible.
