Take it to a machine shop or possibly a good shade tree mechanic. that scew needs to be extracted, or twisted threw, if possible.

I'd guess there's still thread in the hook. Try removing bobbin and case and clean area per machine instruction.

The light on the Pfaff 2029 is inside the machine near the needle threader. It's to the left of the needle bar near the front of the space behind the front cover. To access the bulb, first remove the accessory tray then use the bulb removal tool. Push up on the bulb as far as it will go and then rotate the bulb and removal tool one-half rotation counter-clockwise. To replace the bulb, insert the new bulb into the lamp changer and guide into the bulb housing. Rotate the unit one-half rotation clockwise. Remove the lamp changer and the bulb will stay in the sewing machine. It sounds like the sensor connection where you plug in the buttonhole foot is bad.

Take it back cause he didn't fix it right , has a timing issue and if he did fix it then he didn't tighten up his work and it slipped out of adjustment!

The very first thing to do is Make sure all of your cables are FIRMLY attached and that the foot control is connected. Make sure the bobbin winder is in the sewing position (see Manual for details of this).

I haven't found any real instructions for using the grand dream hoop. You have a software glitch that can only be diagnosed and repaired by a technician. Especially if this is an ongoing event.

Lowering feed dogs You can lower the feed dogs by moving the switch at the back of the free arm to the left. Move the switch to the right if you wish to raise the feed dogs. Note: The feed dogs will not raise immediately when the lever is switched. Turn the handwheel one full turn or start sewing to re-engage the feed dogs.
