Where can I find the warranty?
You can contact the person you bought it from or contact the
manufacturer they maybe able to let you know if you give
them the make and model. You can also look at the papers
that came with the item when you bought it. Hope this helps.
Model 6110. Dropdown foot is not fully descending. How can I repair?
The grease that is their may be thick. Get your hair dryer out and warm the total parts that rises and falls when you move your lever.
Continue to move the lever while you're heating the parts. You should notice a big change. Try to clean off any old grease. After you do this use some good synthetic oil on the moving parts.
Creative 1371. Turned it on last night. Why couldn't stitch length be adjusted?
Stitch length is controlled by changing feed dog height. Make sure the feed dog selector is completely to the left (B) position. The feed dog mechanism may need cleaned and lubricated. See owners manual.
If electrically it is dead check the fuse. See owners manual

Pfaff 1371 pressure foot won't come down on it's own
I just addressed this issue with my 6110. There is a spring in the shaft for the pressure foot. Over time the white grease that lubricates the spring and the plastic piston at the top dried up, gumming up the works. I took it all apart, cleaned out the bad (now hard grease), re-greased and put it all back together. Works like new. I used a lithium grease as it is easy on plastic parts.
Tiptronic 6232. Why is it 'frozen'?
You may have to use the foot plate and see if there a tangle there too. Clean it out. Make sure your top tension is correct for the material and needle, Make sure both bobbin and top thread are the same.
Hope this helps.
Best regards.
