I had something similar happen with mine, and after searching online for the solution, I discovered that holding down the power button while pressing down on the volume bar at the same time somehow trips everything back into operational mode. It may not work the first time, it didn't with mine, but just keep pressing both at the same time and sooner or later you will have a screen appear and be able to use your tablet once again. Hold both down and press repeatedly.

Factory reset is the only viable option. You will lose all your changes and apps and will have to start again from scratch. Next time write down your password.

Corrupted firmware. Just try a reset first. Switch OFF the tab: Take out the battery, re-insert it after 10 minutes or so. This must reset it.

Can you explain how it's frozen? Sometimes it needs a specific (unfreeze) code but usually it's related to improperly flashed custom ROMs therefore most likely you need just restore factory settings to revive it from the glitch.

Goto manufacturers web site. look for down loads, manuals & if that doesn't work contact their customer service dept. to find out how to get it.
