Cheaper to toss, unless you have a rewind machine. Goodwill, Salvation Army or "Vinny's" (St. Vincent DePaul) might have one for $5 or $10 max. Plus, the hassel of getting parts nowdays.

Backlight inverter board fault.
Contact any service center to get it repaired, or replaced.
This type of fault can't be rectified by a normal user. If you wish to get some details; check the site linked here. Pull up older posts. Surf the site with patience. http://electronicshelponline.blogspot.com/ faults & possible causes to LCD screen are given with illustrations. You can get an idea about the fault to an extent.

Hi Priscilla, as you say, it is very feasible that the belt that is responsible for opening the CD tray is stretched
it is not easy to access to release the mechanism
I suggest you consult a specialized technical service
I hope you can solve the problem

no es sencillo acceder para liberar el mecanismo

Are you talking about video as in a DVD player or a streaming device? Depending on your remote, there should be a button labeled "TV/Video", "Source", or "Input". You press that button multiple times to go through the options. Now, your TV may not actually have an input labled "Video". You will probably have choices of different kinds of inputs labeled "TV" or "Antenna", "Cable", or types of ports, such as HDMI1, HDMI2, HDMI3. As you press the "Source" button to go through the sources just pause a few seconds (or you may have to press OK or Select) to watch each HDMI port to see which one your DVD is connected to. I hope this helps. Sorry, but there are many possible variations from TV to TV and different remotes.

The LED on the left blinking green 3 times is power-up, the LED on the right blinking green 3 times is what Toshiba calls a "BUS Error" which basically means a hardware fault.

Hi Vedic Institute, so comment, have a problem in the backlight of the LCD Panel
You should replace all the elements (LED) that illuminate
I suggest you look for a specialized technical service

That flashing light is and error code count the no. of flashes then go on line with the make and model no. of TV and add (for example) 6 flash error code. And it will tell you what's wrong with the TV.
