I am not familiar with your particular tv,however on most TV's channel 0 is equivalent to putting your tv on video as apposed to rf (or regular tv channels).Most will have a remote setting for tv/video or it may say source which would give you the option of rf(tv) or video.

Not acutally a solution. We are having this EXACT same problem; it started this week. Let us know what you are having done. I've called Toshiba and service reps but they are all quoting a price which is almost half the value of the tv. Have you been able to fix it?
