that happened to my sims 2 game, try uninstalling it then reinstalling it, it worked for me. also try clearing up space on the computer.

First here are the minimum requirements needed to run it:

My guess is you are trying to run it on vista or windows 7 though and since this game came out in 2001 it's a pretty old game and if you are trying to run it on Vista and Windows 7 you will encounter problems. If someone has drawn on the underside of a disc, you may need to get the disc resurfaced. You should try these steps:

If It freezes with out a message screen , just locks up , then
It's on it's way to a red light error. Sorry it's not the game.
Play any anouther game just to make sure.

1 have a local shop reflow both the G.P.U. and the C.P.U. cost is around 60.00
2 goto a youtube and type x clamp mod repair . this repair tend to be short lived.
3 call 1 800 4my xbox ( Microsoft ) repair ,cost 100.00 take's 2-3 week .

The problem can be caused by 2 things - either the game was badly installed - uninstall it, run a system cleaner, reinstall it and leave the disk on it whenyou launch the game - or the pc doesn't have the required hardware for the game - this one is very demanding, it will simply crush older, weaker ones. In that case you will need a new pc.

the problem of your channel is from the wiring connection

what you are to do to fix up the problem first of all is to check on the wire connection connected from the rabbids down to the TV channel if it well position if the answer to the suggestion is yes then you will have to remove it the reconnect it , but if the answer is no the you will have to do the same thing that was said earlier (above)

note the wire will have to be connected accoeding ton their color if any
around the wires that is from the rabbid to the channel
example yellow connected to yellow while blue will also be connected to blue e.t.c only if you are using RF, but if you are using serial wire then be sure that the wire is well position

if this do not solve the problem then it means that you will have to change the hole of the wire then connect as you were giving the instruction .

Take it back to a store. The reason laser burn happens is when you sit idle in one spot for a very long time. The laser concentrates on that one aspect of the game and it burns it, so save it and turn it off, or keep playing.

if you are experiencing problems during gameplay try shutting off the console and letting it cool down and during that time clean the disk with a damp cloth, than the next step would be is to save the game to your hardrive to ensure that even if you scratch the game you can play it i recommend saving all your new games to your harddrive
