Googled Blu phone. Blu phone is an android device. Android is another name for google. Specifically android is googles operating system. If you were looking for another contact list you will have to download an app and set that up. But on this part you are on your own for now. I an an Android user and like it that way. If not, you may need to first install BLU driver for your phone. Your phone may be set for wifi calls. If you've turned off your wifi then your phone goes into airplane mode. Have you tried disabling airplane mode through settings? You could also disable wifi calling in settings. Hope this helps

One or more of your keys may be slightly pushed in causing the phone to blink and the other keys not function properly. off the phone and remove the battery for 10 minus then fix it back and on it it will be okay.
