It is possible they sent you the wrong case. I would say call customer service. There is a number on phones that will tell them exactly what model your phone is, including any carrier specific changes, year to year differences and so on.

I have a Set 3B and only have experience with that model. Check that you have the instrument leveled with the bubble just above the display. If very far out of level, the self-leveling feature does not work and the instrument displays an error.

Also, confirm that you have indexed the vertical and horizontal encoders by spinning the scope vertically at least one full turn and horizontally at least one full turn. These are required on startup. I typically spin two turns and hear a "beep" when the index point is passed.

Another poster on Fixya says E190 means a problem with the horizontal encoder and suggests seeing a Sokkia service center.

Ummm. OK. how can I reply to not make it seem like I'm suggesting that the 1 answer you got to your question came from a mentally retarded neanderthal with decades of inbreeding making up her family tree? ?? So I am going to simply point out she thinks that the digital scale you are asking about is a lawnmower, chainsaw, or another piece of machinery that is gas powered and has a safety switch for low oil causing it to not start and therefore protecting the engine from damage if u don't know that the oil is low.???? So I'm going to point out the fact that digital scales, just like most electronics, DO NOT have said "safety switch" because THEY DO NOT USE, NEED, OR REQUIRE OIL IN ORDER TO RUN. ??This is a big plus in both financial and environmental costs. (This means the upkeep on electrical devices is better for your wallet and better for the environment as far as pollution goes).?? So with that being said, have you tried changing batteries and before you put the new ones in wait 10 minutes then put new batteries in. I have seen people suggest the same thing and said it works. Also another post suggested holding the tare button while pushing mode until you see something else on the display screen. Hope this helps, and don't forget to get the right batteries for it. Make sure they are the ones that don't need oil in order for them to work properly. ????????

Pairing Bluetooth Devices
Posters often ask "How do I pair my Bluetooth ???" Insert whatever device you have at the question marks.

Generally, you need to read the instructions for the camera, headset, speakers or whatever the Bluetooth device is.

Roughly speaking though.

Settings - Bluetooth - Search, on the Android, iPhone, Windows phone whatever.

With camera, speaker, headphones or whatever the Bluetooth device is, you have to press a button on that device to send out the signal. On my Bowers and Wilkins T6 Speakers, there is a button on the top with the Bluetooth symbol on it. This is the part people usually don't do and ask for advice, thinking it will do this automatically.

When the Android device recognises it, click Pair, and if it asks for a code, the Default is '0000', (four zeros, no quotes).

  1. Open the dial pad on the device.
  2. Dial Voicemail. Tapping the number 1 and then hitting the green phone icon at the bottom should call Voicemail.
  3. Enter a password (if there is one). Enter the password for the voicemail by tapping the number keys and then the # sign.
  4. Skip through messages. There may be multiple voicemail messages on the account. Press 9 when listening to each message to save it and move to the next one.
  5. Delete a voicemail. Press 7 on any voicemail to delete them.
