Remove AC power from the unit for 10 seconds. You can simply pull the cord from the back of the machine. This will clear the fax memory buffer. When the unit restarts, it will want to print a one page "power down report" and will show that the buffer has been cleared.

The drum that transfers the toner to the page has most likely lost its ability to charge the toner, at this point you need to replace the imaging drum.

Take the handset BASE apart and squirt some WD-40 into the moving button contacts

try reseting your machine , turn the unit off at the power source for 3o seconds and then switch it back on this may reset the unit

It's going to be hard to find, try Staples or Office Depot

Unfortunately, this is how many old power supplies fail.

They just cannot take a power surge anymore.

try sending a fax using your fax on another telephone line because your phone line might be faulty.also try sending to different fax numbers to see if it` is your fax which has a problem or the other

You have to delete some of your messages

'deleted' means just that...can't be done

You can't use it as a printer, it has no connections for the PC.
It's just a Phone/Fax/Copier.

Hi there check the machine scanner light by putting the original in the feeder and doing a copy. If the printout comes out OK then it either could be the other fax machine you are trying to send it to or you have a intermittent fault with your scanning lamp (Section).

You also must make sure that the original is text face down.

ur machine nothing problem just plug off for atleast 3 hour then re proge genral setting its wii b ok

It should be in the manual how to change this but within the menu button you will need to sort through and enter the one that says TTI settings within there, there should be a auto journal section you should set that to error only so when a document doesn't go a error sheet is printed.

Please let me know if you cannot find the manual as I will try and find one from work.
