What is error code 634
Error Code 634 indicates a call that was placed did not go through:
"Redial was not successful due to no response from
the called station or wrong number dialled.
Note: If busy tone was not detected, the machine will
only redial once."

Cannot set date & time on Panafax UF-895
To set the date and time, do the following:
- Press function 7
- Press 1
- Press SET
- Enter date and time using 2 digits for month (sept 09)
- Enter 2 digits for Date
- Enter 4 digits for year
- Enter 4 digits for time (military time ex: 3pm 1500)
- Press SET
- Press STOP

My panasonic uf-595 says on the display to replace
Ok, on this machine there is a battery accessible to you. It is either on the doc feed cover towards the back - you'll look near where the paper feeds in and you will see a panel that you can slide out to reveal the small watch type battery OR it's on one of the side panels towards the rear - sorry but I have not seen these machines for years but used to repair them at panasonic everyday and this is common. The battery only keeps memory of your telephone numbers when the machine is switched off - nothing serious - it will not affect your machine's operation.

then 1
then set
...press set once for date and time, twice for logo, three times for character id and four times to insert your fax phone number
once you type in info press set again the STOP
