easy do you have the disk it came with, then reset it, if not, there is a button in the back where the conections are, youll have to use a 1he pencil or something sharp, push it in and hold it for ten second, with power on it will reset and you can start over, the password will be admin with no user, 192.168.1..1 in the browser and you can start over,Matt

Your Roku is associated with your network, not an individual computer. Go to support.roku.com for assistance in recovering your password if you do not have it.

You may have people close to you with wireless using the same channels and interfering with your router. Try changing channels in the router settings or move the router to a different location.

I see that you are having issues with your network connection, I believe that you are trying to connect wireless on both systems.

* Check your Linksys for settings that limit the routers wireless connection, most wireless routers have an option on how many computers can connect wireless to the router, a wireless signal does not chose what OS to allow for a wireless connection.

* get in your Linksys Routers Setting page from IE or Firefox using your Default gateway IP from there on you can check your Routers settings, user name depends if your internet service provider changed the Routers user name and password but for a Linksys try admin / password or admin / admin for the User name and Password field.
